I like to work with people
I live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland, and a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
I really enjoy teaching people about the internet and helping others become more comfortable with unfamiliar technologies. I spend some of my free time running collaborative games at large events. I make art: sometimes traditional paintings, sometimes elaborate digital maps designed for game settings. I love food and cooking and talking about food and cooking-- I'm currently working with the great crew at Bar Marco.
I've written a handful of things in presentation and print format about information access, social media, history, libraries, and marketing. I've also worked as a consultant to assist with organizational and communications culture.
